I ran SPEC CPU2006 benchmarks on gem5 simulator.
I'd like to share log-by-log profiling results in this article.
For additional information on running SPEC CPU2006 on gem5, please refer to this article of gem5 website.
The computer I used is:
- Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 870 @ 2.93GHz
- 8G Memory
bzip2
- gem5 command:
./build/X86_MESI_CMP_directory/gem5.fast configs/example/se.py --mem-size=4GB --bench=bzip2_program
- SPEC command:
